At night, enjoy ingredients from around here.

Top-ranked A4–A5 grade Hida beef from a butcher run by our relatives, Yuiuma pork raised in Shirakawa-go, and wild fish we catch ourselves. These are the dishes where you can see the ingredients' faces. The plates that change with the season and supply are on Instagram.

Hoba Miso Set Meal

Hoba miso is Hida's signature: miso grilled on a magnolia leaf. The beef is Hida beef; the pork is Yuiuma pork raised in Shirakawa-go. Grill it with the miso on the leaf, and eat it with rice.

Shirakawa-go's own pork, in the hoba miso set, the katsudon and the hot pot.

River fish

Fish the owner caught, and river fish from Hida. The overnight-dried fish served with set meals changes with the season.

Evening plates

18:00 – 22:00 (last order 21:30). At night we open as an izakaya. The line-up changes with the day's market. To start, a few of the regulars.
